Who we are

MPRIMO TECH LTD (“we”) is the controller for personal information collected through this website. The company is registered in England and Wales, company number 16872398. The studio works with clients across the United Kingdom.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form or the booking form, we collect the details you type:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name, if you give one
• The kind of work you want to discuss
• Your message, and, on a booking, a preferred date and time

We also receive ordinary technical information that a host needs to deliver the page, such as an IP address and browser type in server logs. We do not ask you to create an account on this site.

Why we use it

We use enquiry and booking details to:

• Reply to you
• Arrange the 20-minute call you asked for
• Prepare a written scope if you want to go further
• Provide the services we later agree

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising lists.

Lawful basis

When you write to us, we reply because that is a legitimate interest: answering people who have contacted the studio. When you ask us to scope paid work, we also use your details to take the steps you asked for before a contract. If we then do the work, we use the information to perform that contract.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry or booking does not become work, we keep the details while the conversation is open and for up to 24 months afterwards, then we delete them.

If we do the work, we keep what we need for the engagement, and then for up to six years where that is needed for the contract, invoices, or ordinary business records.

Who else sees it

The forms email your message to info@mprimotech.com. EmailJS delivers that email. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical logs so the pages can be served. We do not pass enquiry details to advertisers.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies. There is no cookie banner, because there is no non-essential cookie to accept or refuse. The enquiry and booking forms send the details you type so we can reply. That is the form doing its job, not a marketing cookie. If a cookie is strictly necessary to deliver a page, that is the only kind this site relies on.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Restrict how we use it
• Stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests
